Sr Production Assembler
About The Position
We are currently looking for a Sr. Production Assembler with verifiable experience in carpentry and/or construction, 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, to join our VALUES based organization. In this role you will focus on: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Using kitted frame parts and prepped doors, assemble custom door units Operate several different saws to cut material, power tools for special door prep, and may be required to operate a CNC machine or other automated machinery. Read work orders to assure accuracy of assembly Make necessary repairs or adjustments to assure quality Apply special hardware, such as Bommer hinges, spring pivot hinges, multi-point locks and panic hardware.
Requirements
- 2-4 years’ related experience
- Capable of reading a tape measure
- Experience in using hand tools, pneumatic staple gun, and other electric tools when necessary.
Nice To Haves
- finish carpentry a plus
- Experience with specialized carpentry tools
