Product Operations is the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. As Senior Product Operations Manager, you will own the systems, processes, and rituals that enable our product organization to move faster, ship with more predictability, and make better decisions with data. This role reports directly to the SVP of Product Operations and is a high-visibility seat that directly shapes how we build and deliver product at scale. Without strong product operations, fast-growing product organizations accumulate process debt, ship late, and lose alignment. This role exists because the way we operate is a competitive advantage. The person in this seat will have direct influence on how the entire product organization functions and will be visible to product leadership and the executive team from day one.
