We are seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and partners closely with Product Management, Sales and Channel teams. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager is responsible for translating product strategy into clear market positioning, effective go-to-market execution, and strong product adoption across Ergotron’s portfolio. This role requires a blend of market insight, customer experience, product understanding, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure Ergotron products are clearly understood, differentiated, and supported in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B, technology, hardware, or healthcare environment.
  • Experience working with 2-step distribution or channel-driven organizations strongly preferred.
  • Experience working closely with Product Management in a product-led organization.
  • Strong ability to translate complex products into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Experience supporting product launches and sales enablement efforts.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Translate product strategy, roadmap decisions, and feature intent into clear positioning, messaging, and customer value propositions.
  • Lead go-to-market for new products, portfolio expansions, and enhancements, aligned with product-defined scope and timing.
  • Develop and maintain product messaging frameworks to ensure consistent communication across Sales, Channel, Marketing, and digital touchpoints.
  • Create sales enablement tools including presentations, playbooks, use-case stories, competitive insights, and objection handling materials.
  • Partner with Sales and Channel teams to ensure product readiness, including launch training and ongoing enablement.
  • Develop and maintain deep, research-grounded buyer and user personas across Ergotron's core verticals, capturing the distinct needs, workflows, decision drivers and objections.
  • Gather and synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights to inform positioning and go-to-market decisions.
  • Serve as an external voice of the Ergotron brand across tradeshows, media interviews, industry panels and social media.
  • Provide structured market feedback to Product and Marketing teams to support future roadmap and portfolio decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Content, Digital, and Demand teams to support product launches and ongoing market presence.
  • Support multiple product initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clarity and alignment across teams.
