Samsara is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager — Release Marketing & Operations to build and run the operational foundation that powers our Product Marketing team. This is a unique role at the intersection of marketing craft and operational excellence — you will own the systems, processes, and programs that help PMMs do their best work at scale. Your most visible and highest-impact ownership will be release marketing: you will drive how Samsara plans, aligns on, and communicates product innovation internally and to the market. You will be the connective tissue across PMO, R&D, Product, PMM, Sales, and Marketing leadership — keeping the launch calendar moving, the messaging coherent, and the organization aligned. You’ll also be at the forefront of envisioning how we evolve our launch approach to maximize impact. Beyond launch execution, you will also build the operational infrastructure that makes a world-class PMM team hum. This will range from standing up processes to crafting QBR materials to continuously improving how the team works. This role is a rare combination: it requires someone who can run a rigorous cross-functional process, dream up ways to re-envision approaches, and has strong marketing instincts. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the US.
