About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own Norton’s go-to-market engine in the Americas. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of Norton’s most consequential launches, campaigns, and market moments. You will be the connective tissue between product, marketing, sales, and the customer — translating complex capabilities into sharp positioning, leading major go-to-market executions, and ensuring Norton speaks with one consistent voice across every touchpoint in the US market. You will be Norton’s primary voice for US partner sales channels and the closest internal advocate for what customers are actually experiencing — synthesizing market signals, partner feedback, and customer data into product marketing strategy. You’ll also partner closely with Norton’s international product marketing leads to ensure regional consistency and coordinated global launch cadences. This is a hybrid role based in our NYC office. Employees are required to work onsite three days per week.

Requirements

  • The annual base salary for this position is expected to be between $175,000 and $200,000.
  • Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for major Norton product launches in the Americas — from positioning and messaging through channel activation, launch sequencing, and post-launch measurement.
  • Lead feature naming and positioning for new Norton capabilities, ensuring every name and narrative lands with clarity, differentiation, and brand consistency.
  • Develop and maintain launch playbooks that enable the broader marketing and sales organization to activate with precision and speed.
  • Partner with the acquisition marketing team to ensure campaign creative, messaging, and audience targeting align with product positioning and customer insights.
  • Be the voice of the US customer inside the product and marketing organization — synthesizing research, behavioral data, support trends, and competitive intelligence into clear, actionable insight.
  • Maintain a real-time pulse on competitor positioning, market dynamics, and emerging consumer behaviors; translate findings into recommendations that shape product and marketing strategy.
  • Partner with research and analytics to build deep segmentation understanding, ensuring Norton’s messaging resonates with the right audiences at the right moments.
  • Serve as the primary product marketing point of contact for US partner and channel sales teams — translating product capabilities into sales-ready materials, narratives, and tools.
  • Ensure partner-facing messaging is accurate, compelling, and current — including pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling guides, and launch briefings.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with partner sales leadership to understand their priorities and feed those insights back into product and marketing strategy.
  • Partner closely with Norton’s international product marketing leads (EMEA, APAC) to ensure consistency in global positioning, coordinated launch timing, and shared learnings across regions.
  • Drive a regular internal communications cadence — briefing cross-functional stakeholders (product, engineering, marketing, leadership) on upcoming launches, competitive developments, and customer insights.
  • Serve as the Americas product marketing representative in global planning forums, ensuring the US market perspective is well-represented in global strategy decisions.
  • Collaborate tightly with product management to influence roadmap decisions with market and customer evidence, and to ensure product capabilities are launch-ready from a positioning standpoint.
  • Partner with brand, creative, and demand generation teams to deliver integrated campaigns that connect product benefits to consumer needs with clarity and conviction.
  • Bring structure and momentum to ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives — owning stakeholder alignment, milestone tracking, and clear communication throughout.
