About The Position

Addepar is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join its Product Marketing team. This role is responsible for driving acquisition, engagement, and retention within the enterprise and institutional client segment, which includes global banks, pensions, endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds, and large private equity and venture capital firms. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and go-to-market teams to define product positioning, enhance segmentation, map buyer journeys, and translate insights into messaging, enablement, and go-to-market programs. Requirements

  • 4–8 years of product marketing experience.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, financial services, fintech, wealth management, or investment management preferred.
  • Full-stack product marketer with experience researching client segments and developing strong value propositions, messaging, enablement, and associated content.
  • Gifted storyteller with excellent writing and communication skills who can translate sophisticated and technical capabilities into customer benefits that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ability to see the big picture across a large organization and articulate how each product and feature release complements the broader Addepar platform narrative.
  • Experience designing and rolling out go-to-market strategies using multiple marketing channels and content types to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to thoughtfully move between strategy development and tactical execution across multiple projects in a fast-paced, continuously evolving, and collaborative environment.
  • Experience building enduring cross-functional partnerships and influencing teams to bring sophisticated, high-visibility launches to market.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize efficiently, anticipate roadblocks, and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy for the enterprise and institutional client segments in alignment with company and platform goals.
  • Become the expert in client segments by developing a deep understanding of the market, buyer personas, buying committees, customer journey, and sales cycle.
  • Build deep working relationships with the dedicated Sales and Relationship Management teams supporting this segment’s growth and expansion.
  • Define product positioning and craft compelling messaging that clearly articulates Addepar’s value proposition and resonates with enterprise and institutional audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to develop impactful GTM strategies, marketing materials, and internal resources that support segment-specific solutions and use cases.
  • Manage the product and feature launch process for the enterprise and institutional client segments in collaboration with Product, Marketing and GTM teams.
  • Produce thought leadership and product educational content that builds awareness and reinforces Addepar’s leadership with enterprise and institutional audiences.
  • Research and monitor the market, industry, and competitive landscape to identify key trends and inform competitive positioning.
  • Scope, build, and launch scalable segment resources, including client education and co-branded marketing materials.
