You’ll drive key customer advocacy programs including customer advisory boards, customer stories, and voice of customer research. All to shape how we listen to customers, how we learn from them, and how we amplify their stories to the market. This is a high-impact individual contributor role suited for a seasoned product marketer who knows how to build lasting customer relationships, translate insights into strategy, and create content and programs that move the needle for sales, marketing, and product alike.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or a closely related field — ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record building or managing customer advocacy programs, customer advisory boards, or voice of customer initiatives.
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative customer research and translating findings into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills — you’re as comfortable in a room with a C-suite customer as you are partnering with internal teams.
  • Experience with social listening tools and third-party review sites to turn online conversations into actionable insight.
  • Strong project management chops — you can run multiple programs simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Bachelors degree required

Nice To Haves

  • Someone curious about how AI is reshaping capital markets and the mechanics of deal making.
  • A motivated contributor excited to help build and evolve how we engage with customers.
  • Familiarity with M&A, financial services, or deal technology is a plus — but curiosity and drive to learn matter more.
  • post-graduate degree a bonus.

Responsibilities

Implement social listening practices to monitor brand conversations, emerging customer themes, and competitive signals across digital channels.
  • Own Datasite’s Customer Advisory council from end to end. Lead in-person and virtual sessions driving structured dialogue between strategic customers and Datasite leadership. Synthesize feedback into clear recommendations that inform product, marketing, and go-to-market decisions.
  • Build a world-class library of customer stories. Work across marketing teams to get them seen, used, and working hard at every stage of the buyer journey. Create enablement assets like one-page case studies, slides, and talk tracks to for sales teams to use as success stories.
