About The Position

Agentic AI has taken the world by storm and Databricks is proud to be a leader in this space. With a data-centric approach to AI, Databricks enables customers to build and use high-quality AI agents and applications. In this role, you will own product marketing for Genie, Databricks agentic AI products for business productivity. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will lead messaging and content development for cross-channel marketing strategies targeting business and technical buyers as well as business users. You will partner closely with product, sales, partner, and marketing teams to increase awareness, support new launches, and drive adoption of Genie. Ideal candidates will have a proven record in product marketing and experience working on technical products. You would have a strong understanding of Data & AI platform offerings, have worked on creating messaging and positioning of technical products targeted at the enterprise market, and can build strong working relationships with stakeholders to deliver joint messaging and GTM plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience at an enterprise software company, preferably including PMM experience marketing AI products
  • Strong understanding of AI market and technologies
  • Experience building marketing content for technical and business personas
  • Experience working with sales teams (field marketing, enablement)
  • Experience working with partners (SI and/or ISVs)

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred technical academic background (BS in computer science or related discipline) or experience, coupled with MBA

Responsibilities

  • Own the messaging of Genie and clearly articulate the value of agentic AI to automate business tasks for increased team productivity and operational efficiency
  • Develop and evolve use-case driven messaging for business users, and business and IT decision makers, aligned with the broader Databricks narrative
  • Amplify messaging through Databricks website and channels as well as through partner channels
  • Land event and sales enablement content and deliver high CSAT scores with field teams
  • Be the expert when it comes to AI messaging for campaigns and events, and enable teams with highly performant content to drive strong engagement and pipeline
  • Participate in joint business reviews with sales and partner teams, understand gaps where Genie marketing can help, and execute to drive a stronger impact
  • Deliver customer stories and proof points that demonstrate real-world Genie adoption and impact
