About The Position

LTK is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and highly customer-centric Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact product initiatives across our creator, shopper, and brand ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of creator growth, consumer engagement, and brand monetization, helping shape experiences that deepen engagement, unlock monetization opportunities, and drive measurable business outcomes across the platform. We are looking for product talent that can flex across both brand and creator experiences while balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency and ownership, and can move fluidly between strategy and execution. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the full product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through launch, iteration, and optimization. You will partner closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product direction, prioritize roadmap investments, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale. As the creator economy continues to evolve, this role will help shape how creators, brands, and shoppers connect, engage, and monetize through LTK’s platform.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping impactful customer-facing products.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and execute cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using product, analytics, experimentation, and AI-enabled tools to drive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to use customer insights, experimentation, and performance data to inform product direction and prioritization.
  • Ability to prioritize aggressively and make high-quality decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product rationale, priorities, and trade-offs to diverse audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing across engineering, design, data, and business teams.
  • High level of ownership, sound judgment, and comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities.
  • Strong product sense and customer empathy, with a passion for building intuitive and effective experiences.

  • Understanding of the creator economy, social platforms, and multi-sided ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Translate company and product strategy into clear roadmap priorities that drive measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Own end-to-end product execution, including opportunity sizing, prioritization, experimentation, launch planning, iteration, and post-launch optimization.
  • Drive initiatives that improve creator growth, engagement, monetization, and overall platform performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of creator, shopper, and brand partner needs through research, customer feedback, analytics, experimentation, and market trends.
  • Use data and AI-enabled workflows to identify opportunities, synthesize insights, evaluate product performance, and inform roadmap decisions.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-quality product experiences.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across stakeholders, proactively surfacing trade-offs, risks, and dependencies.
  • Identify and prioritize the highest-impact problems to solve, balancing short-term wins with long-term platform strategy.
  • Apply strong product judgment while leveraging AI tools responsibly to accelerate discovery, analysis, documentation, and decision-making.
  • Ensure product quality by thinking holistically about the customer journey across platforms, use cases, and edge cases.
  • Contribute to a strong product culture by raising the bar on strategy, execution, communication, customer empathy, and operational excellence.
