About The Position

At Disney Experiences Technology (DXT), our team creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Company’s premier vacation brands including Disney’s Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club. The B2B Product Solutions team is responsible for owning and evolving a portfolio of internal B2B platforms that support core enterprise capabilities, including project and portfolio management (PPM), planning, execution, reporting, and integrations. The team takes a product-led approach to internal tools, focusing on customer needs, data-driven insights, platform scalability, and long-term value delivery. The Senior Product Manager – PPM (B2B Tools) is a key member of the B2B Product Solutions team and will report to the Manager, Product Management, B2B Product Solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and delivery of our Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms , enterprise-grade B2B tools that enable strategic planning, execution, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will act as the product owner for a critical internal platform , responsible for aligning product outcomes with business strategy, driving adoption at scale, and ensuring the solution delivers measurable value to its customers—portfolio leaders, product teams, delivery teams, and executives. You will manage the full product lifecycle and partner closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of product management experience , preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms (e.g., PPM, workflow, or planning tools such as Clarity, Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet).
  • Strong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management concepts and related financial or capacity planning practices.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize effectively, and deliver end-to-end product outcomes.
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms, SaaS models, integrations, and data-driven products .
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption, change management, and stakeholder alignment in enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision Define and evolve a clear product vision and roadmap for the PPM platform, informed by customer needs, business priorities, and enterprise strategy.
  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, high-impact product capabilities .
  • Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform health, scalability, and extensibility.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding the needs of portfolio leaders, product managers, finance partners, and delivery teams.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure the platform supports both strategic planning and execution workflows .
  • Influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders around shared outcomes and priorities.
  • Delivery & Execution Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams (software engineers, data engineers, UX designers) to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver value iteratively.
  • Own product discovery and refinement, ensuring solutions are validated through data, feedback, and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with agreed product objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Adoption, Governance & Enablement Drive enterprise-wide adoption through effective change management, communication, and enablement strategies.
  • Establish and evolve governance and standards that promote consistency, best practices, and data integrity across portfolios and teams.
  • Partner on training and enablement efforts to ensure users understand both how to use the tool and why it matters.
  • Platform, Integration & Data Oversee integrations with enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow, automation, and end-to-end visibility.
  • Leverage analytics to monitor usage, performance, and business impact, translating insights into continuous product improvements.
  • Ensure the platform supports reliable, trusted data for executive reporting and decision-making.
  • Market Awareness & Continuous Improvement Stay current on industry trends in B2B SaaS, PPM, Agile delivery, and enterprise tooling .
  • Apply best practices and emerging approaches to enhance the platform’s effectiveness and customer value over time.
