About The Position

Visa is hiring a Sr. Product Manager whose additional role is Product Architect for Visa Intelligent Authorization (VIA). The Product Architect owns the successful delivery, adoption, and ongoing success of VIA for assigned strategic clients, maintaining alignment between client needs, product capabilities, implementation activities, and delivery outcomes throughout onboarding. The role provides continuity from pre-sales discovery through production stabilization and acts as a bridge among clients, Product, Sales Engineering, Client Services, and Delivery teams. The role leads requirements discovery and solution definition for complex engagements, develops end-to-end solution designs, and ensures that client requirements and commercial commitments are aligned with viable product capabilities and implementation realities. It does not own the product roadmap or the day-to-day project plan, but remains accountable for the integrity of the client outcome and successful VIA delivery and adoption. The Product Architect provides product and architecture leadership throughout implementation, manages risks and escalations, supports pilot exit and production-readiness assessments, and helps resolve complex integration, onboarding, and production issues. The position also uses implementation experience to inform product improvements, onboarding frameworks, reusable standards, and future platform investments. Visa requires at least three days in the office; the exact schedule will be confirmed by the hiring manager. The role is hybrid and requires travel 5–10% of the time. Work hours vary with department needs.
