About The Position

The Citrix security product team is a fast-paced, high-performing team working on cutting-edge security technologies. Focused on building innovative security solutions, this team offers significant learning opportunities and high visibility. This role involves developing and owning the product vision and strategy for Citrix secure access, driving innovation and differentiation in the market. It requires conducting in-depth market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities, pain points, and emerging trends. The position also entails defining and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market needs, customer feedback, and business value. Collaboration with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams is crucial for successful product development and launch. This role also involves mentoring other product managers in the team. Collaboration with the security technology strategist in a 4-in-a-box setup is required to assist with PoCs and production deployment, and to unblock customers through the product during this phase. Building strong relationships with customers, gathering feedback, and understanding their needs and challenges are key. Defining and tracking key product metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and success is also part of the role.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of success in building and launching enterprise software products.
• Deep understanding of SSE/SASE, Zero Trust Network Access, enterprise security, and browser technologies.
• Ability to develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Passion for understanding and solving customer problems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand complex technical concepts.
• Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Nice To Haves

• BE/BTECH preferably in computer science or related domains.
• Cyber security certifications is preferred.
• MBA from a reputed institution.
• BE/BTECH, MBA or Master's Degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration.
• Experience in an Enterprise software Environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications in product management, cybersecurity, or cloud computing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the product vision and strategy for the Citrix secure access, driving innovation and differentiation in the market.

• Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Mentor other product managers in the team to grow and evolve in their careers.
• Collaborate with the security technology strategist in 4 in a box to help with the PoCs and production deployment.
• Unblock the customers through product during this phase.
• Build strong relationships with customers, gathering feedback, and understanding their needs and challenges.
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs, measuring product performance and success.
