Super Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Product Manager who will be responsible for both pre and post technical sales activities in new and existing opportunities. Potential Candidate will be an individual contributor working closely with Engineering, Sales and Extended teams to ensure overall technical design proposal meets customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in CE/CS/EE or equivalent with minimum of 8 years’ hands-on experience in data center/server related fields
• Deep understanding of data center market trend and competitors' strength/weakness.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must, able to communicate effectively with customers to promote, answer questions, and receive feedback.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in AI, High Performance Computing and Liquid Cooling is preferred.
• Experience with Network Design, Power Solution, Mechanical, Thermodynamics, Fluid dynamics and Heat transfer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy for successful rack product deployment based on deep understanding of customer technical requirements.
• To understand and resolve challenges by collaborating with business partners and internal technical members.
• Design, development and delivery rack solutions to Sales/BD/FAE and the customers.
• Communicate with customers; technical questions/concerns.
• Create positioning statements, marketing, and sales training materials, product specifications.
