About The Position

The PCR Infrastructure Systems Product Management team has end-to-end ownership of the product definition, planning, delivery and lifecycle management of the entire MOTOTRBO systems portfolio. Operating as a high-efficiency growth engine, the team bridges engineering, supply chain, and global sales to deliver a unified communications ecosystem. As our Product Management Leader for the PCR Infrastructure portfolio, you are the visionary shaping the product strategy that defines our market leadership. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented product managers. You will own the ‘why,’ ‘what,’ and ‘when,’ driving cross-functional collaboration between engineering, supply chain, and global sales to shape our communications ecosystem. This is a strategic role for a leader who thrives on bridging gaps, influencing global strategy, and seeing their vision deployed in mission-critical environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA or other graduate degree.
  • 10+ years progressive, relevant technology experience in engineering or Product Planning/Product Marketing/Product Management.
  • Polished presentation skills for internal and external audiences.
  • Executive presence to influence VP and C-level stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within Enterprise & Public Safety markets.
  • Experience launching products to international markets.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and modern DevOps.
  • Knowledge of MOTOTRBO or DMR standards.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Tableau, and Confluence for data-driven decision-making and project tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage the product portfolio, roadmap, vision and backlog.
  • Identify customer needs and market requirements.
  • Evaluate competitive intelligence.
  • Define financial goals.
  • Create business plans and proposals for new initiatives.
  • Strategic partner and third party supplier management.
  • Establish vision and goals for releases.
  • Define market offer and structure.
  • Work with enablement organizations to make products orderable and deliverable.
  • Define and support implementation of training, support and deployment requirements.
  • Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality.
  • Coordinate overall release project and schedule.
  • Gather customer and sales feedback.
  • Gather the voice of partner & customer input.
  • Defining market-winning requirements.
  • Direct and approve UI/UX activities.
  • Define acceptance criteria, KPIs and SLAs.
  • Facilitate sales and channel training.
  • Assist pre-sales with custom project requests.
  • Define and ensure implementation of GTM assets including demo environments, training materials, and presentations.
  • Demonstrate new pre-release features.
  • Consensus building among stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural team spread across multiple continents.
  • Experience developing and validating market problems based on industry experience and contact with customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and motivating a talented team towards a common goal.
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle and technical acumen to communicate effectively with development engineering and our technical end users.
  • Strong ability to lead by influencing others within and outside of the organization.
  • Proven experience in people management, including mentorship, hiring, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Direct accountability for P&L and portfolio profitability.
