The Sr. Product Manager on the MONARCH Global Strategic Marketing team is a leader responsible for shaping product strategy and driving innovation for a broad product area or multiple subsystems within the MONARCH Platform. This role partners cross functionally to define product direction, align priorities, and guide development from concept through commercialization. The Sr. Product Manager has influence over the product roadmap, ensuring alignment to platform-level goals and contributing to roadmap decisions in partnership with global marketing. This role would support either MONARCH Bronchoscopy or MONARCH Urology, and would report to a Director on the MONARCH Global Strategic Marketing team.

Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field required.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience across MedTech product management, marketing, engineering, sales, or education with a minimum of 3 years in Product Management or Clinical Engineering roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience and comfortability presenting to customers and internal leadership and executive teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze customer needs, VOC, and market data, and then synthesize into clear and compelling product strategies and narratives, with clear criteria to inform tradeoff decisions.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to simplify complexity and prioritize work effectively and work independently.
  • A self-starter who prides themself as being the product expert and voice for the customer/field.
  • Works selflessly to achieve results and advance a team mission.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with robotics, interventional pulmonology, thoracic oncology, or urology.
  • Known for connecting technical, clinical, and business perspectives to drive cohesive product direction across a complex system.
  • Confidence operating in ambiguity, influencing without authority, and driving alignment across diverse, global stakeholders.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity working in an operating room environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management across a broader product area or multiple subsystems within the MONARCH Platform, such as system software or flexible instruments.
  • Lead product discovery and concept definition, translating clinical and market insights into differentiated solutions and prioritized features.
  • Drive alignment across engineering, regulatory, clinical, and commercial teams to ensure cohesive development and synergy with the product vision and strategy.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on VOC from customers and the field, customer jobs/pains/gains, and competitive offerings to shape roadmap direction and future pipeline opportunities.
  • Influence prioritization, trade-offs, and business cases across competing initiatives to align with platform and portfolio objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional readiness for global product launches using LEX best practices and partner with global marketing to support positioning and go-to-market strategy, including definition of limited market release criteria.
  • Guide forecasting, pricing strategy, and value proposition development to support strong product adoption and financial performance.
