Foot Locker Inc. is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to lead initiatives across the Merchandise Planning technology domain. This role will be responsible for defining and delivering capabilities that power pre-season buying, merchandise financial planning (MFP), allocation, size optimization, and assortment planning across a complex omni-channel retail environment. This individual will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, and will define and deliver solutions that enable smarter buying decisions, improve inventory productivity, and enhance the systems and data that fuel enterprise merchandise planning activities across the globe. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking and execution with domain expertise in retail buying, inventory planning, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. This role operates at the intersection of retail business fundamentals, data & analytics, and technology, partnering closely with merchandising, planning, allocation, peer product domains, and engineering teams to modernize legacy capabilities and build best-in-class digital products. This role is 100% REMOTE.
