PlayStation Studios is building Lifecycle Management as an emerging capability to better support and operate live service games. Lifecycle Product Management focuses on designing, operating, and evolving player experiences across the full player journey, from onboarding and engagement to retention, winback, and monetization. As a Senior Product Manager, Lifecycle, you will help studios use our player engagement tools and services to deliver exceptional live service experiences. This role sits within SIE’s central live services group and embeds closely with game studio teams as part of a cross-functional lifecycle pod. You will focus on the operational use of lifecycle tooling (e.g., campaign management, segmentation, experimentation, and in-game messaging) to support product goals and player experience vision. Under the guidance of the Director of Product Management, you will help plan, set up, and operate lifecycle programs in-market, partnering with studios to grow player retention and engagement. Over time, you will also contribute to reusable operational workflows, best practices, and playbooks that can be scaled across titles. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Product Manager who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with data, and excited to work hands-on with tools and cross-functional teams.
