About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager I to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, user research, and value creation. As a Senior Product Manager I, you will be responsible for researching, developing and deploying solutions to support various projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and optimizing project costs and performance. Day to day responsibilities include conducting business research, understanding key challenges, developing solutions and working with software teams to deploy cutting edge tools to help the business. The candidate will have the ability to grow their skillset, as our team also works on a large portfolio of technologies including wind, utility scale solar, distributed solar, energy storage, transmission & distribution lines, substations, water treatment, 5G & fiber, hydrogen, pipelines, and fossil generation.s, etc.Job OverviewEmployees in this role will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical products. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
Requirements

- 4+ years of experience
Responsibilities
- Formulate and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with NextEra’s goals and market opportunities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and other teams to drive product initiatives and deliver best-in-class solutions
- Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets and exceeds their expectations
- Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks related to product development
- Provide regular updates to leaders and stakeholders on product progress, key achievements, and strategic direction
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
