About The Position
Ingram Micro is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager to help build innovative experiences on Xvantage™ platform that revolutionize Ingram Micro and deliver real impact for customers worldwide. This role focuses on executing innovative solutions and contributing to products that solve real customer problems. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to define joint solutions, prioritize market opportunities, and bring innovative offerings to market. You'll work closely with fast-moving teams that thrive on rapid iteration and bold ideas. We ship production-ready MVPs in weeks, not months, and measure success by customer impact. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required.
- 5+ years of experience in product management at an enterprise or startup level
- Proven ability to craft and communicate a compelling product vision and rally cross-functional teams around it
- Strong execution mindset: ability to take direction and turn it into actionable plans that teams can execute
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across diverse teams
- Executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused approach with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on aggressive timelines
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to the distribution industry or cloud/software ecosystem
- Familiarity with channel programs, or marketplace dynamics
- Track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships
- Master’s degree is a plus
Responsibilities
- Execute product initiatives alongside senior product leaders, contributing to feature definition, prioritization, and delivery of innovative products
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to design integrated, end-to-end solutions that address target customer needs and differentiate in the market
- Collaborate across product, design, engineering, and operations to deliver solutions efficiently
- Support rapid prototyping and experimentation, helping validate concepts through data analysis and customer feedback
- Assist with customer research and early adopter programs, gathering insights that inform product decisions
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing fresh perspectives to team discussions
- Help maintain product roadmaps, write detailed product specifications, and track key success metrics
- Participate in user testing sessions and contribute to iterative product improvements
