The Sr. Product Manager (Food) will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strategic 3-year plan to support product/category growth and profitability targets through innovation and maintenance of new and conversion products. This role involves managing products by closely monitoring sales volumes, market share trends, and competitive activities, leveraging consumer and product knowledge. The position requires setting and managing P&L targets by categories and channels, leading the new product development (NPD) and import process from conception to execution, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration for product strategy. The role also includes conducting product-specific analyses, managing the product lifecycle, developing marketing plans, executing marketing projects, managing external vendors, conducting market research, and developing marketing/sales collaterals. The Sr. Product Manager will also develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
