The Global Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead a strategic initiative reshaping our global last mile delivery operations. At Amazon, we're constantly reinventing the customer experience, including how we fulfill and deliver orders. A key part of this is our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program, which empowers small businesses to build their own delivery companies using Amazon's proven logistics technology and processes. These DSP partners form the backbone of our last mile delivery network across 20+ international geographies, allowing us to provide a fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery experience for our customers. In this role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for expanding DSP deliveries to Hub Delivery Partners. Hub Delivery is a sister Last Mile delivery channel that leverages existing stores and other small businesses to deliver packages to customers. You will be responsible for identifying the strategy for expanding the for how DSPs deliver packages to these Hub Delivery Partners globally, including developing the pricing strategy, understanding the DSP experience, and developing the integration roadmap. Leveraging your strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, you will lead end-to-end product development in this space, from ideation to launch, for innovative last mile delivery solutions. Collaborating cross-functionally with tech, program, operations, and other teams, you will bring these new products and features to life. You will also be called upon to communicate product strategies and recommendations effectively to senior leadership, driving critical business decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
