About The Position

Cox Automotive is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, DMS Data & Reporting to join their team. This role focuses on transforming the way the world buys, owns, sells, or uses cars through groundbreaking technology and a commitment to stellar experiences for drivers and dealers. The individual will work on iconic consumer brands and industry-leading dealer-facing companies within a people-centered atmosphere.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in data and reporting.
Strong understanding of data management and reporting principles.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the automotive industry.
Familiarity with DMS (Dealer Management Systems).
Experience with business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

Manage and drive the product roadmap for DMS Data & Reporting.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other product teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
Define product strategy and vision.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to stakeholders.
