About The Position

The Sr. Product Manager - Chemistry / Physics at FLINN SCIENTIFIC INC will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of product development within the Chemistry and Physics domains. This role requires a deep understanding of scientific principles and market trends to innovate and enhance product offerings, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, or a related scientific field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, specifically within the scientific or educational products industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in the chemistry or physics domain.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and market strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Strong understanding of chemistry and physics concepts, with the ability to translate scientific knowledge into product features and benefits.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools and software, such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and management of product roadmaps for Chemistry and Physics, aligning with business objectives and market demands.
