Sr Product Manager, Automation

In this role, you will design, develop, deploy, and manage intelligent automation solutions, applications, and products across a variety of functions within the MLC. You will play a key role in optimizing critical operational processes, accelerating solution delivery, enhancing data-driven decision making, and increasing organizational productivity through the use of cutting-edge automation and artificial intelligence technologies.
Requirements
- Technically savvy with a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving AI landscape and a proven ability to evaluate, adopt, and apply emerging technologies effectively.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development platforms such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, or similar tools to build production-quality solutions.
- Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
- Rapidly prototype and deploy solutions using AI-enabled development methodologies to dramatically reduce implementation time while maintaining high quality standards.
- Energetic change agent who likes to solve challenging problems and come up with innovative solutions
- Mission-driven with a passion for helping songwriters and transforming the music industry for the better.
- Experience working with a variety of internal stakeholders across a variety of functions to gather requirements, reach consensus, and forge a path forward.
- Excellent critical thinking skills, with an ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Flexible and curious with a willingness to learn new skills and work with new tools as the technology landscape continues to change.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in evolving and elevating the Data Analytics & Automation team amidst a rapidly changing technology landscape
- Lead the team in leveraging artificial intelligence tools to solve problems faster and more efficiently
- Design, develop, deploy, and manage automated products and solutions across a variety of functional teams within the organization
- Design and build proprietary tools, agents, and AI-enabled products that create measurable efficiency gains across the organization.
- Apply analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques to solve complex data challenges including matching, classification, forecasting, and decision support.
- Oversee critical process improvement initiatives across The MLC
- Multiply organizational capacity by automating repetitive work, streamlining workflows, and enabling employees to focus on higher-value activities.
- Drive company-wide excellence by working with stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend improvements
