Requirements
- 4+ years product development (fashion/accessories)
- Strong costing + materials knowledge
- Overseas factory experience
- Highly organized, detail-driven
- Based in Los Angeles
Responsibilities
- Own full product development lifecycle
- Partner with design to execute product vision
- Manage timelines, samples, and factory communication
- Oversee all sample stages (proto to TOP)
- Review samples and ensure quality + accuracy
- Negotiate costs, MOQs, and margins
