About The Position

The Senior Product Developer - Artwork is responsible for leading the development, accurate execution and scaling of all apparel artwork including but not limited to; graphics, embellishments, and branding elements. This role partners closely with Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, Technical Design, and Manufacturing teams to deliver innovative, high-quality products that meet brand standards, cost objectives, and production timelines. This role ensures that complex artistic visions are translated into cost-effective, high-quality, and production-ready apparel products. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in textiles, apparel, or related field; or equivalent years of related experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum of six years of experience in product development within the Apparel or Textiles industry.
Strong knowledge of how different ink types and execution methods interact with various fabric weights, blends, and finishes as well as a strong understanding of embellishment techniques.
Effective communicator, verbal and written.
Strong and confident presentation skills.
Excellent organization and planning skills; and the ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple projects at the same time.
Proficient in PLM, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
Good strategic and analytical skills and aptitude.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be flexible, solution-oriented, and adaptive to changing priorities.
Demonstrates the ability to build and foster business relationships with cross functional teams, as well as internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

Strategically lead the development of all seasonal artwork for all product categories while strictly adhering to GTM timeline.
Collaborating with global factories and embellishment facilities to develop samples, troubleshoot execution issues, and approve strike-offs while monitoring quality standard and manufacturing consistency throughout development.
Manage artwork revisions and approvals throughout development and production stages, evaluate artwork submissions and provide clear concise feedback to vendors and cross functional teams.
Establish quality standards for artwork durability, wash-fastness, and regulatory compliance across different fabric substrates.
Throughout the development process ensure all product specifications, artwork files, BOMs, and development documentation are complete and accurate.
Mentor junior product developers and provide guidance on development best practices.
Identify and implement artwork process improvements while using PLM systems and digital workflow tools to support the work
Collaborate closely with Design, Technical Design, and Sourcing teams to ensure artwork aligns with cost targets, garment construction, and delivery timelines
Analyze and solve problems in a timely manner, providing regular updates and follow-up on development to managers, internal and external partners as appropriate.
Maintain a strong knowledge of internal and external factory artwork capabilities while continuing to drive innovation in quality through these partnerships
Develop and foster key relationships with counterparts in Global Supply Chain, Design, Technical Design, Color Management, Sourcing, Quality and Purchasing.
