About The Position

Provides administrative and clerical support to the Features Finance Department. This role involves organizing and maintaining digital files, creating and managing tracking grids, distributing emails and lists, handling daily administrative tasks, coordinating general requests with various departments, and assisting with departmental administrative processes and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably within a studio or production environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Basic understanding of Production Finance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain digital files for department and project needs.
  • Create, manage, and update tracking grids using SharePoint and Excel.
  • Distribute emails and lists to internal departments.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, expense submissions, supply coordination, and mail distribution.
  • Provides support and assistance to departmental personnel as needed independently or as directed.
  • Coordinate general requests such as drive-on passes and work orders with office services, IT, telecom, and security etc. for various work requests.
  • As directed, assist with departmental administrative processes.
  • Take on special projects as needed.
