About The Position

Apply your RF and SATCOM expertise to keep mission-critical antenna systems operating reliably across program locations. You will support equipment selection and procurement, installation, integration, and customization while providing hands-on troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance. Working closely with the Technical Support team, you will use continuous-monitoring feedback to coordinate spares, resources, maintenance priorities, and field activities, helping ensure seamless mission support. When needed, you may also augment broader Technical Support field tasking. The ideal candidate offers strong antenna-system diagnostics, practical RF/SATCOM experience, sound technical judgment, and the flexibility to respond to complex field issues in a collaborative, mission-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Department of Defense Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Strong antenna-system diagnostics.
  • Practical RF/SATCOM experience.
  • Sound technical judgment.
  • Flexibility to respond to complex field issues in a collaborative, mission-focused environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influence management skills.
