Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements discovery, solution design, and hands-on SAP SD configuration for Order-to-Invoice processes — including order management, deliveries, shipments, billing, invoicing, outputs, and pricing.
  • Design, configure, and optimize pricing using condition techniques — condition types, access sequences, pricing procedures, and condition records — to support complex commercial scenarios including discounts, surcharges, freight, and taxes.
  • Design and deliver integrated solutions between SAP SD and eCommerce platforms, middleware, and external partners, supporting order capture, pricing synchronization, ATP/availability, fulfillment, invoicing status, and returns.
  • Configure and govern Customer Master and Business Partner objects — including roles, account groups, partner functions, number ranges, hierarchies, and relationships — and serve as the SAP SD representative to the MDM/Master Data Governance team in defining and enforcing customer data standards.
  • Configure and support consignment agreements, consignment stock management, and audit and reconciliation scenarios in SAP.
  • Configure and support Sales Bill of Materials (Sales BOM) execution, including header and component management, pricing at header vs. component level, and order entry, delivery, and billing behavior for bundled and kitted products across global and local variations, including custom packs and kits.
  • Support equipment sales, serialized product handling, and product substitution scenarios — including automatic and manual substitutions, customer- and market-specific rules, and substitution behavior within Sales BOMs and kits.
  • Design and support Available-to-Promise (ATP) and Advanced ATP (aATP) in SAP SD and S/4HANA, covering backorder processing, partial confirmations, delivery scheduling and rescheduling, product availability checks, rules-based allocation, and supply prioritization across customers and sales channels.
  • Participate in S/4HANA initiatives, supporting code remediation, data validation, functional testing, and defect resolution.
  • Drive global template adoption while enabling country-specific requirements for taxation, legal invoicing formats, export compliance, partner functions, currencies, and languages — ensuring all designs are scalable, globally consistent, and aligned to enterprise architecture and governance standards.
  • Prepare and deliver functional design specifications and collaborate with development teams throughout the build lifecycle.
  • Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-go-live hypercare.
