About The Position

Marvell is seeking a seasoned Senior Principal Program Manager to lead the delivery of next-generation optical engines within semiconductor solutions built on industry-leading process technologies. The Cloud Optics organization develops advanced optical connectivity solutions that enable the performance, scalability, and efficiency required in modern cloud and AI data centers. Our portfolio spans high-bandwidth optical interconnects across intra-data center, campus, and data center interconnect (DCI) applications, leveraging technologies such as PAM4 optical DSPs, coherent-lite DSPs, co-packaged optical engines, and DCI optical modules. This role involves leading end-to-end program execution for a portfolio of optical solutions, from concept through production ramp. It requires translating design specifications into fully realized products, ensuring execution aligns with technical and business objectives. The position drives alignment across cross-functional teams, including photonics design, analog design, packaging, planning/supply management, DVT, qual, and finance. The role also coordinates and deconflicts multiple concurrent workstreams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-spec delivery. Key program milestones include test and evaluation, reliability qualification, customer sampling, and production acceptance and ramp. The Senior Principal Program Manager will identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution. They will provide clear, structured program communication and reporting to various stakeholders such as engineering, operations, and executive leadership, and drive clarity across schedules, material readiness, and operational priorities.
