You will interface with both executive factory and program leadership personnel to develop cost reduction activities, mitigate process defects, and promote effective design choices through statistical analysis. Evaluate materials, equipment, and processes (including qualification, acceptance testing, and specification development); including interfacing with key internal and external suppliers to resolve technical issues. Gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment with development RF Microelectronics (Fire Control AESAs, Electronic Warfare, SATCOMs, etc.) You will have the opportunity to resolve product specific design and process challenges for a complex hybrid design. Intimate details of the processes and equipment used to assemble the hardware.
