Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst 4/Lead CPSO to support multiple program(s) as it relates to all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: train and lead several security analysts, manage destruction, security education and awareness, compliance, create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers. Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Experience in program security, with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC etc.). Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor’s access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and related briefings. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Working knowledge of DoDM 5205.07 Directives, ICD 705, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of CPSO, Industrial Security or relevant experience: or MS Degree and 6+ years of CPSO, Industrial Security or relevant experience: An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's.
  • Experience with DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.
  • Current Active Top Secret Clearance.
  • US Citizenship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DISS, SIMS, and or JADE.
  • CPSO experience.
