We are looking for a Systems Engineering cross-functional contributor to join the NGP Ground program. The person in this role will have the opportunity to contribute to multiple systems engineering disciplines. They will provide critical review and signoff on verification evidence in DOORs. This includes reviewing test procedures, test and demo evidence from RFRs, analysis reports, and developing verification summaries in DOORs. You will also develop tests to verify requirements. The tests will be run formally and be witnessed by the customer. CDRL deliveries are part of both efforts. This person will be supporting the product vision and statement of work, ensuring that the products meet timely deliveries, providing direct support to the R&V Lead.

Requirements

8 Years with Bachelors in STEM Degree; 6 Years with Masters in STEM Degree; 4 Years with PhD in STEM Degree
Active DOD Secret Clearance
Able to support 100% on-site in Space Park Redondo Beach
Previous experience with R&V evidence review
Experience in using and making updates in DOORs
Experience in writing software verification procedures
Has experience reviewing application and system logs for content
Requirements development experience - Developed requirements object text, and VCRM fields

Responsibilities

Reviewing I&T Tests from a Requirements & Verification perspective, ensuring that evidence supports requirements verification
Ensure that formal test evidence against requirements to prepare for signoff
Partner with subject matter experts and technology experts to execute the systems engineering statement of work
Prepare Contractual documents and work products for delivery
Work cross functionally with other teams to execute the product strategy and roadmap
Help to manage product backlog, iteration planning and elaboration of user stories
Contribute to Verification development and maturity. Coordinate closely with SMEs to ensure that Verification development meets delivery with corresponding content
