About The Position

Indotronix is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer Level 4 to join our team onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. As a key contributor to the Ballistic Missile Defense System (C2BMC Element), you will collaborate with top industry partners in a mission-critical environment supporting national defense. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation, own integration activities, and lead analytical initiatives that directly impact warfighter capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on system engineering experience (systems, design, architecture, integration, requirements, or test)
  • Proficiency with MBSE tools such as DOORS, CAMEO, System Architect, modeling and simulation
  • Strong analytical, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance required
  • Onsite availability at Colorado Springs, CO

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Ability to obtain or current Top Secret Clearance
  • Familiarity with DoD or missile defense systems, command and control, battle management, and communications system concepts
  • Experience in requirements verification, Agile development, and automated test scripting
  • Proficiency with Python, MATLAB, Java
  • Experience in system analysis, trade studies, and performance analysis for missile defense or similar domains

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute comprehensive assessment programs for missile defense systems
  • Evaluate and optimize system performance across various architectures and scenarios
  • Design, develop, and maintain modeling and simulation tools to predict performance against evolving threats
  • Drive system requirements, architecture development, and integration activities
  • Lead planning, execution, and documentation of integration, test, and assessment events
  • Analyze system trade studies and develop technical solutions to complex missile defense challenges
  • Enhance team productivity through process improvements and tool efficiencies
  • Support subject matter experts in integration, test, and performance domains
