Responsibilities
- Lead EPM consulting engagements across strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation, ensuring alignment with client performance goals.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable EPM solutions using platforms such as Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, Anaplan, or OneStream.
- Drive solution design and delivery excellence by applying best practices in data modeling, integration, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to guide decision-making, manage expectations, and ensure successful adoption of EPM capabilities.
- Mentor consultants and solution leads, fostering domain expertise and delivery capability across the EPM function.
- Contribute to practice development through reusable assets, thought leadership, and participation in strategic pursuits.
- Ensure compliance with delivery governance, risk protocols, and quality standards across all EPM engagements.
