About The Position

As the Sr. Pricing Analyst, you'll support the development and execution of pricing strategies across Celsius Holdings’ portfolio. This role analyzes market trends, competitor pricing, customer behavior, and internal data to generate insights that inform pricing decisions, optimize price realization, and support margin performance. The role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to ensure pricing execution aligns with business goals while maintaining pricing accuracy across systems and contracts. This is a full-time, in-office position based at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pricing, finance, data analytics, or related analytical roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of pricing strategies aligned with company growth objectives, competitive positioning, and market dynamics.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Price/Pack Architecture (PPA) to optimize product offerings and revenue opportunities.
  • Evaluate and recommend pricing adjustments, discount structures, and promotional pricing strategies based on market conditions and business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures to determine optimal price levels and discount strategies.
  • Evaluate the impact of pricing changes on revenue, volume, and margin performance.
  • Conduct SKU-level profitability analysis to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and portfolio improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy between system pricing and contractual pricing agreements across the brands in the Celsius Holdings Portfolio and institution fixes as needed.
  • Establish and maintain pricing governance processes to ensure consistency and compliance across pricing decisions.
  • Improve pricing data accuracy, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure pricing strategies support overall business goals.
  • Provide pricing insights and recommendations during commercial negotiations, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Support team initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance pricing capabilities.
  • Promote a data-driven approach to pricing decisions across the organization.
  • Ability to mentor junior pricing analysts.
