Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Our ad tech division FreeWheel provides comprehensive adtech that makes it easier to buy and sell premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels. The Deal Pricing & Analytics Analyst will be a key member of the Commercial Finance team, responsible for evaluating and validating deal proposals and their associated financial models submitted by the Sales and Revenue Operations teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial integrity and strategic alignment of non-standard commercial deals. This role will require the analyst to contribute to the first step in the financial review process for complex deal structures, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to support decision-making. A core responsibility includes facilitating two weekly Review Board meetings (US and International), where cross-functional leadership, including Strategy, Legal, Product, Operations, and Finance, assesses and approves non-standard deals. This role will also give the analyst an opportunity to be involved in deal approval processes across FreeWheel’s platforms, giving them exposure to the breadth of FreeWheel’s offerings in addition to other teams throughout the org. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to balance commercial opportunities with financial discipline.
