Benesch is seeking a Sr. Pricing Analyst for their Columbus office. This position is hybrid with work from home flexibility. The role involves working with financial modeling and strategic pricing experience to determine an organization's pricing and client value strategies. The Senior Pricing Analyst works closely with the Pricing Manager and Director of Client Value & Practice Management to produce creative and workable pricing solutions that align with the firm's financial goals and client service objectives. This role requires the ability to analyze complex financials, develop data-rich pricing models, and provide actionable advice to support decision-making at the matter, client, portfolio, and practice levels. Collaboration with partners and other internal and external stakeholders is key, requiring a deep understanding of legal services pricing, profitability drivers, and market trends. Continuous learning through legal industry organization/society membership and staying updated on pricing, profitability, reporting, technology, and data analysis developments is necessary.
