About The Position

UKG is seeking an energetic, sales-focused Senior Presales Demo Solutions Technologist to support the go-to-market strategy for UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutions. This role is part of the Presales Enablement and Innovation team, responsible for setting up and configuring demo environments for UKG Pro WFM and its associated products. The goal is to ensure these environments accurately reflect real-world customer scenarios and clearly articulate product value and differentiation. The team collaborates closely with Presales, Sales, Product, and Engineering to build and maintain demo datasets and stories. The Senior Presales Demo Solutions Technologist will focus on configuring and maintaining demo datasets and environments for UKG Pro WFM, including Advanced Scheduling, Activities, and Forecasting. This role emphasizes execution, accuracy, and collaboration, ensuring presales teams have reliable and relevant demo environments aligned with prospect needs. The position involves assisting with the configuration of the base demo dataset (Platinum dataset) and supporting prospect-specific demo setups, while also developing demo stories that highlight product strengths.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience configuring, implementing, or supporting UKG Pro WFM in an implementation, presales, solution consulting, or enablement capacity
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Advanced Scheduling, Activities, Forecasting, or Pro WFM extensions
  • 1+ year of experience supporting demo, presales, or customer-facing environments, including application walkthroughs or demonstrations
  • Demonstrated experience configuring or supporting WFM or HCM modules within a single environment
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven ability to document configurations, datasets, or system changes

Responsibilities

  • Configure software and demo datasets that enable presales teams to highlight UKG Pro WFM capabilities
  • Assist in the configuration and ongoing maintenance of the base Platinum demo dataset
  • Partner with presales team members on setup and configuration for prospect-specific demo requirements
  • Document dataset and configuration changes, including the rationale from a demo perspective
  • Monitor and learn new product features to adequately prepare demo data
  • Test and validate functionality following product releases and coordinate with other teams to resolve identified issues
  • Assist in the administration, health, and stability of demo environments
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify demo data improvement opportunities
  • Update demo environments to support identified improvement opportunities
  • Document configurations, demo stories, and demo scenarios
  • Attend sales calls, internal meetings, and team sessions (virtually or in person) to provide guidance and support
  • Perform other duties as assigned
