About The Position

The Senior Premium Services & Catering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing premium food and beverage operations, catering services, and hospitality experiences throughout Pechanga Arena San Diego. This position supervises event-day staff, ensures exceptional guest service, maintains food safety and operational standards, and supports the successful execution of premium and catered events. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong food and beverage knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in food and beverage, hospitality, catering, premium services, or a related field preferred.
Valid California Food Handler Card required.
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event schedules.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors under varying conditions.

Nice To Haves

Experience in sports and entertainment venues, hotels, convention centers, or large-scale catering operations preferred.
Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification preferred or required within designated timeframe.

Responsibilities

Supervise premium clubs, suites, catering spaces, and other assigned food and beverage locations during events.
Lead and direct premium services and catering team members to ensure efficient operations and outstanding guest service.
Coordinate event setup, execution, and breakdown for premium and catered functions.
Monitor food quality, presentation, portion control, and service standards.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company policies.
Assist with staffing assignments, training, coaching, and development of team members.
Support inventory management, product distribution, and event preparation activities.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive guest experience.
Operate and oversee point-of-sale systems while ensuring proper cash-handling procedures are followed.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout all work areas.
Collaborate with culinary, warehouse, operations, and event management teams to ensure successful event execution.
Complete operational reports, documentation, and other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned by Food & Beverage Management.
