The Sr. PLC Application Engineer Lead serves as a technical authority—owning standards, complex logic, and mentoring for PLC teams.

Requirements

10+ years PLC programming with deep Rockwell/Siemens expertise; leadership experience.
Proficiency in industrial networking and safety interlocks.
Bachelor’s in Electrical/Controls Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Define reusable code libraries and standards; review and approve complex PLC logic.
Lead troubleshooting and performance improvements during commissioning.
