This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, maintaining, and modifying production and facility equipment. The role requires the ability to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, as well as PLC and microprocessor control systems. The candidate must be results-oriented, punctual, honest, and possess the integrity to be a self-starter. Computer skills, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize and multitask are essential. The role also requires strong teamwork, independent work capability, and the ability to work flexible hours. Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary, along with safe working habits and the proper use of PPE. This is a full-time position operating in a manufacturing environment.
