About The Position

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, maintaining, and modifying production and facility equipment. The role requires the ability to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, as well as PLC and microprocessor control systems. The candidate must be results-oriented, punctual, honest, and possess the integrity to be a self-starter. Computer skills, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize and multitask are essential. The role also requires strong teamwork, independent work capability, and the ability to work flexible hours. Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary, along with safe working habits and the proper use of PPE. This is a full-time position operating in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Certification/diploma from an accredited technical institution in Industrial Maintenance or Industrial Electronic Technology or equivalent is required.
• Ten plus years of relevant experience will be considered.
• Reading, writing, and math skills as required.
• Must be results oriented.
• Must be punctual, honest and have the integrity needed to be a self-starter.
• Must have computer skills.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must be able to prioritize and multi-task.
• Must be able to work as a team.
• Must be able to work with little or no guidance (independently).
• Must practice safe working habits to include proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, repairing, installing, maintaining, and modifying production and facility equipment.
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic issues.
• Diagnosing and repairing PLC and microprocessor control systems.
• Climbing ladders up to 30 feet.
• Performing maintenance on air washers located on the roof of the building.
