The Sr. Performance Marketing Manager will support data-driven digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with breadth of expertise across paid media channels, campaign optimization, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate will manage marketing budgets, support cross-functional initiatives, and mentor junior team members while delivering measurable ROI across all digital marketing channels. They will partner closely with their immediate team and the broader marketing team including paid media, content, social, lifecycle communications, product and operations. This role will report to the Marketing Director.
