We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager who is equally comfortable with strategic planning, hands-on campaign management, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure client success. In this pivotal client-facing role, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital media offerings—building, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns that help clients achieve their business goals. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in advertising or marketing, preferably with a focus on digital media campaign management for clients.
  • Structured, systems-oriented approach, ideally with hands-on agency or client account management experience—especially within the automotive space.
  • Proficiency with Meta, Google, and Amazon ad platforms.
  • Proven success in preparing and presenting data-driven marketing insights to diverse client audiences.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to simplify the complex and build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Client Campaign Execution: Spend approximately 25% of your time managing and optimizing digital campaigns for our clients on platforms like Meta, Google, and Amazon with a focus on ROI and performance monitoring.
  • Strategic Client Solutions: Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, propose strategies, and deliver comprehensive digital solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of digital trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to ensure our clients maintain a market-leading advantage.
  • Presentation & Account Management: Prepare and deliver campaign results, insights, and recommendations in both internal and client-facing meetings—including pitch sessions and ongoing client presentations.
  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Serve as a resource for the Media Operations team, supporting cross-departmental initiatives and contributing to professional development within the team.
