The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for hands-on management of paid media and search campaigns that drive direct-to-consumer growth across Jack Link’s and its portfolio of brands. This role leads execution across Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, SEM, and emerging channels, including TikTok Shop as part of a broader acquisition strategy. Working closely with CRM, retail media, social media, and DTC site teams, this person connects acquisition, retention, and conversion efforts into a cohesive growth engine. Reporting to the Director of DTC and Performance Media, the role is accountable for achieving CAC, ROAS, and LTV goals while building scalable playbooks that can be applied across multiple brands.
