About The Position

As a Sr Payroll Financial Analyst here at Honeywell Technologies, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and managing global payroll financial data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll postings to the General Ledger. You will collaborate with payroll and finance teams to provide insightful financial analysis, support payroll budgeting and forecasting, and drive process improvements that enhance payroll financial management. You will report directly to our VP, Payroll and you’ll work out of our location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial integrity of payroll processes, ensure timely and accurate payroll financial reporting and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.
