Our role as the nation’s largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget. Requirements

  • Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365 toolset, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, Concatenate functions), Word, Outlook, Teams
  • Ability to navigate between multiple applications
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills; listening verbal and written
  • Ability to meet or exceed productivity and quality expectations
  • Ability to adapt to change in processes, systems etc.
  • Ability to work virtually under minimal supervision, prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • 1+ years of payroll, accounting, banking, operations, or clerical experience

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree in Finance related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review payroll quality reports to ensure payroll is processed accurately.
  • Process payroll information by overseeing the process of calculating, posting, and disbursing payments according to the payroll schedule.
  • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Resolves payroll variances by collecting and analyzing large data sets.
  • Process CRM cases as assigned, including payroll adjustments.
  • Research and process returned checks.
  • Unclaimed Property/Uncashed Checks Processing: research and process payments.
  • Process involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments.
  • Respond to garnishment or court orders by the requested dates.
  • Communicate with creditors and attorneys to gather necessary documentation and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Process garnishment refunds.
  • Receive, process, and respond to requests for audit documentation.
  • Create cases utilizing case management systems, both internally and externally.
  • Support functional areas with other duties as assigned.
