About The Position

Specializes in bringing change to the organization through surveillance and analysis of clinical and operational processes. Performs systematic review of complex processes related to Piedmont's Patient Safety Management Program including multidisciplinary root cause analysis, safety rounding and internal audits. Drives quality improvement through collection and timely dissemination of reliable information related to quality, safety and service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, business administration, or another closely related field.
  • 5 years of work experience in healthcare, or other high reliability field or closely related field.
  • At least three (3) years of specific experience in a process improvement and/or quality role.

Responsibilities

  • Surveillance and analysis of clinical and operational processes.
  • Systematic review of complex processes related to Piedmont's Patient Safety Management Program.
  • Conducting multidisciplinary root cause analysis.
  • Performing safety rounding and internal audits.
  • Driving quality improvement through collection and timely dissemination of reliable information related to quality, safety and service.
