The representative will follow standard operating departmental procedures to pursue prompt payment of hospital claims for assigned financial classes and payors. Responsibilities include collaborating with other departments to drive payer collections, communicating process issues, and suggesting improvements to the Patient Account Lead. The position also encompasses revenue cycle performance, productivity, quality reviews, training and self-development, project work, and other duties as assigned.
