Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Sr Patient Access Associate Tuesday - Saturday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Nebraska Medicine is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our Access Services team in a front-line, patient-facing role. As one of the first people patients and visitors interact with, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring a smooth registration process. In this position, you will interact with patients both face-to-face and at the bedside, assisting with pre-registration, pre-admission, registration, admissions, insurance verification, payment collection, and patient wayfinding/escort services.
